Higher Power Micronized Creatine

Higher Power Micronized Creatine

Higher Power Micronized CreatineHigher Power Micronized Creatine is a creatine monohydrate product that has a micronized creatine monohydrate compound. This finer particle allows for a faster absorption of the creatine, to help with quicker recovery.

Creatine monohydrate, in quick detail, is a chemical compound that’s naturally produced in the body by the kidneys, liver and pancreas. Athletes utilize this product to help with recovery, provide muscle gains and help with increasing strength.

Higher Power Micronized Creatine, provides you with every thing that you could possibly desire from a fitness supplement. It’s the product that would carry your lifts from lower range to a higher range, with consistent use.

Most products ask for you to do a loading phase for creatine, I personally just do it for 2 weeks on and 1 week off. One doesn’t need anymore than 5 grams of creatine, to benefit from this chemical compound. It’s to be taken after your training session and first thing in the morning, on your off days. It can be mixed with your protein supplements or with some juice. I personally mix it with juice for the off days, when taking in the morning and my protein supplement after I am done with training. I don’t suggest drinking this product without some kind of flavored drink or else the taste isn’t too pleasing.

This product has increased my strength immensely. Cycling off of it, shows that your gains are not lost but you can feel a difference of not progressing without it. Not saying you can’t, but it’s a lovely product to have, to help you increase your lean muscle mass and assist with the recovery.
